St John Destination Wedding Packages for 2009

SPECIAL SALE-packaged price ends 12/31/09-Economic stimulus packages are for 2009 weddings that are held on St John. New prices will go into effect 1/1/10 for our 2010 weddings.

St John destination wedding packages, designed for two people, are as is and we’re sorry there are no substitutions. We’re a Cooperative group of wedding professionals, that are offering deeply discounted prices for our services, which we’ve bundled, packaged, and priced for 2009, and are being sold through A Love City Wedding. You may choose to upgrade by including some of the many additional wedding services that A Love City Wedding has to offer to our St John destination wedding clients.

Gratuities are not included in these packages

Package 1: A St John Officiant/A St John Elopement/A St John Vow Renewal Exchange $400.00
1.	One free vow consultation with officiant
2.	Custom ceremony
3.	Ordained non denominational minister
4.	National Park or Historical Sugar Mill Ruins locations.
5.	Decorative wedding certificate
6.	Two certified copies of your official wedding license
7.	Two witnesses
8.	Necessary permit for the Virgin Islands National Park or ruins, pavilion rentals are extra, and are considered site fees. Site fees are to be paid by the client and are not included in any package. Before sunset, entrance to Trunk Bay beach and Annaberg ruins incur entrance fees, which are extra, and to be paid by the client. Entrance fees are per person and not included in any package.
9.	Roundtrip Taxi transportation from the Cruz Bay St John ferry dock for the bride and groom, or the bride and guest, to a North shore beach location. Distance is limited to Trunk Bay beach.

Package 2: Simply: Destination St John $910.00
1.	Everything in A St John Elopement, plus:
2.	Professional wedding photography for one hour. Includes 50 edited images provided on a CD or DVD
3.	Online website to view photos and order prints for you and your guests
4.	Hand tied Island bouquet and boutonniere, choice of white or ivory ribbon
5.	Scattered petals for ceremony site
6.	20% service charge will be added; there’s no sales tax

Package 3: A St John Wedding $1,870.00
1.	Everything in Simply St John, except the photography package has been upgraded:
2.	75 edited photographs to be provided in both: 4” X 6” prints and a proof book
3.	20% service charge will be added; there’s no sales tax

Package 4: A St John Wedding Event $2,590.00
1.	Everything in A St John Wedding, except upgraded photography and extra professional wedding services have been added to this package.
2.	100 edited images to be provided in both 4” X 6” prints, a beautiful proof book, and an online web site for you and your guests, to purchase additional prints.
3.	Wedding coordinator
4.	Domestic champagne or sparkling cider and 2 flutes
5.	6” round wedding cake (cake topper and/or loose flowers are extra and not included in the package)
6.	table display with linen
7.	videographer: one hour ceremony, one DVD, which is edited to 15-19 minutes, and set to your choice of music; we’ll be happy to select a mix of wedding and Caribbean music for you.

Package 5: Everything St John $2,790.00
1.	Everything in A St John Wedding Event, plus
2.	One hour steel pan player, our Virgin Islands cultural music, has been added to your St John ceremony
3.	20% service charge will be added; there’s no sales tax

Package 6: A Perfect St John Wedding Day $3,480.00
1.	Includes the Everything St John wedding package, plus:
2.	2 hours in a chauffer driven car, which may be: a white stretch limousine, Cadillac SUV or Northstar sedan. Car selected depends on availability and your St John accommodation location
3.	Licensed hair stylist: up to 45 minutes of professional service for the bride only.
4.	Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist: up to 30 minutes of professional makeup application for the bride only
5.	Private chef service: Three course dinner to be prepared by your own private chef in your St John villa or condominium kitchen. Another possibility is if you don’t have a kitchen, we’ll prepare a fully cooked three course dinner for two, and drop it off at your hotel, resort, the Virgin Islands National Park or Westin boat dock, or the beach.
